In one week it will be November 2, Election Day. The politicians in Washington have been ignoring us for two long years as they have worked to rob us of our freedom. They have spent our children and grandchildren into bankruptcy and they have thumbed their nose at us when we objected. Worse, they have brokered secret deals behind closed doors in order to arrive at leftist legislation that does nothing, but to poison the wellspring of liberty.

The Federalization of the Commercial banking industry, Federalization of two thirds of the auto industry, and spending nearly one trillion dollars from the beginning of President Obama's administration was just the opening assault in the leftist takeover of America. Obama ordered Gitmo closed by the end of his first year in office. It hasn't happened. He ordered the trials of the Gitmo detainees to be performed in the United States instead of military tribunal. It hasn't happened. President Obama ordered that the criminal charges be dropped against the sole terrorist held for the bombing of the U.S.S. Cole and he now languishes in Gitmo in limbo while the families of the deceased also remain in limbo for justice that may now never come.

The unmitigated arrogance of elected officials who have assaulted citizens in the street, ignored their constituents at town halls in order to give shout outs to other political bottom feeders, and have even told their constituents that they would not urinate on them if they were on fire continues to this day. These same politicians have declared themselves to be in open opposition to the American citizen and hostile to our liberty.

They call us Nazis, rednecks, tea baggers, and fascists for wanting to maintain the freedom of our fathers. They are assisted by useful idiots in the media who keep us under near constant assault. The claim that we are nothing more than corporate shills and Astroturf when we protest the excesses of the politician. The new aristocracy even believes themselves to be above the law that you and I must obey. They fail to pay their taxes, to report sweetheart deals, lie with an abandon you would only find in a swindler, and they take money from those who attempt to hide their criminal dealings such as Franklin Raines who funded Barney Frank and Maxine Waters.

Our current economic crises was authored by Democrats who ignored the goings on at Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae while they held a gun to the head of lenders forcing them to lend to people who could not afford to repay those mortgages, but the government thugs and corruption does not end there. Tammany Hall is alive and well in Washington D.C., but Boss Tweed has been replaced by Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and President Obama.

Senators such as Senator Webb of Virginia is in a pissing contest with the Pentagon trying to look like a hero to voters back home. He voted for TARP. He voted for Obamacare and the Federalization of one sixth of the U.S. economy authorizing the most complex network of legal mazes that will be prime for abuse and corruption. He sees which way the wind is blowing and he is scared, but he is not the only one to see the handwriting on the wall.
Many more stains upon the honor of America also see the way the wind is blowing. Never before have they seen an electorate that was this upset. It did not happen in the Sixties and it did not happen in the nineties. You see, we have a thirst for revenge.
We want revenge on the Congressmen and Senators who so obstinately told us to go to hell and called us knuckle dragging retards who don't even know how to tie our own shoes. That fear extends throughout the left. That is why Joy Behar called Meg Whitman a bitch on national television while the alleged conservative Hasselbeck tittered. Well, that may have been funny to the conservative wannabe Hasselbeck, but she is a poser who voted for Obama and supported him like Meghan McCain, daughter of Senator John McCain, did. That is why we have had it with socialists in conservative clothing.

The RINOs have taken a beating and if the GOP intends to stand with them they will be destroyed. We have had enough of people who lie about being conservative and then voting the Marxist/socialist line. Meghan McCain and Elizabeth Hasselbeck may be ok salving their socialist tendencies by calling themselves conservative, but that dog doesn't hunt around here.

The second American Revolution has begun and the first salvo will be fired on November 2nd to remind the Federal government who is really in charge. United States Senators who employ aids that act as sham spouses for potential overseas terrorists like Harry Reid had best be on notice.

When the American people speak on November second you will hear us loud and clear for the first time in years and our voice will deafen you. However, there is still a dirty little secret that those in Washington don't know. That there will be more election days to follow the upcoming one and we are now awake and aware of your perfidy.

American Exceptionalism

Once, America was a nation that others looked up to and admired. There were many who wished to emulate our success and many who sought to come to our shores to establish a better life, but those days are waning. Our people are obsessed with mediocrity and abhor righteous behavior in favor of stunts that are designed to seek attention. We no longer correct students with red ink because that hurts their feelings. We celebrate the women in our society at the expense of the men and leave males in the ditch while we place our daughters on pedestals and worse, we subscribe to Marxist ideology as if we were born to it. Or do we?

In the past months Americans have stood up and said "No more." The left would have you believe that it is because these people are no more than corporate shills who are paid to show up and protest, but the truth is infinitely more noble than that. It is that the average American has finally had enough of mediocrity and has cast off the fabled promises of the left for something of real value: freedom.

By affirming individual liberty Americans also affirm the exceptionalism that America has been known for overseas. One cannot claim dependence upon another and in the same breath extol their greatness. This is because the path to a better life is denied to those who cannot stand on their own two feet and survive. By staking a claim to individual freedom we say that we are done with mediocrity and seek something better, something greater. It is that fire that drives us to excel and to rise to the top of humanity's achievements.

If a slave is treated poorly, he has a right to complain about such treatment. But if he is treated well then he still has the complaint that another is limiting his potential and that is the reason that slavery is abhorrent to decent men. If the slave performs well and if the slave always acts with his master's best interest in mind he can never actualize his potential because his desire to perform for the master will always be secondary to his greater desire to perform for himself. Yet there are people who will virtually sell themselves into slavery to a government that will tell them what to think, what to eat, and how to live. Without realizing it these people are darkening their horizons and those of their children because they seek to make themselves dependent upon the dull grey stones of government and that path can never lead to exceptionalism.

The greatness of a people can only ever be attained by a people who stand together as individuals united by common values. Our strength comes from a citizen population that is comprised of individuals who are blessed with individual liberty and act based upon shared values and morality. We seek independence and recognize that dependency makes us slaves to another whether we wish it or not because independence leads to strength and dependence leads to weakness both of the body and of the soul. The dependent do not take action, but rather carry out the will of another.

Reagan's shining city upon the hill was built by free men who understood the severe price of dependency paid by the wills of lesser men. It was built to offer hope to those who lived under the boot of tyranny as beacon of what could be. The election of corrupt politicians and the investiture of Marxists and Maoists at the highest level of government has worked steadily to tear down that symbol of freedom. They do so because it threatens their accumulated power. When a man rules other men who are dependent upon him he gains power over them and the beacon of freedom is a direct threat to that power. This also explains the left's love of mediocrity.

Mediocrity keeps men upon a level playing field where all suffer equally and nobody works anymore than they absolutely have to. The people who live there are filled with boredom, apathy, and ill will toward themselves and their government, but they don't know what to do about any of it. That was life in Soviet Russia and in many of her former provinces it is little better than it was where communism has survived.

Where was greatness in the Soviet gulags? Where was it in the Soviet provinces? The entire system was held together by fear, dependency, and restrictions on personal liberty. When Gorbachev removed fear from the equation the entire system collapsed under its own weight. Yet the progressives would see a similar system here and would destroy capitalism brick by brick. Such a path will not return us to greatness nor will it ease the burdens of the lower classes because such a system murders hope.

We have been lied to. By the President, by Congress, and by our political parties and they did so with the blessings of the press who cheered them on. Our system is broken, our politicians are corrupt, and our government has turned to tyranny in dictating to the public what we must purchase. Our founders would never have stood for such lunacy. They revolted over a tax on tea and yet we are forced to submit to a tyranny who seeks to beggar us and to dictate to us how to live? I think not.

The much maligned TEA parties give me hope for the future. The insane, power mad left call them bigots and rednecks, I call them patriots. If the political waters are murky it is only because the DNC and the press has been stirring the bottom in order to slow down the momentum away from a Marxist government and if they are not careful the hornets nest that they have disturbed may seek them out for vengeance.

Therefore it is the resurgence of individual autonomy that has rekindled my faith in American exceptionalism. As a free and independent people we can once again work toward excellence in the pursuit of our individual dreams. Let us remain free and return collectivism to the dust bin of history where it belongs.

I Kid You Not

For two years the extreme left has been in control of this nation and it is an utter disaster. Nationalization of commercial banking and industry, Czars who are genuine communists being placed in charge of energy and manufacturing, a news media that is up to their eyeballs in their support of Marxism, and a President who wouldn't know foreign policy if it bit him on the ass. This is the hope and change that we were promised? Instead of hope and change what we got was warmed over Marxist-Leninism from the 1960's. That's right, 1960's Marxist ideology that was so loved by radical leftist revolutionaries known today as the Democrats in Washington D.C. and as servants to the Administration.

It isn't hard to see the Marxists at public rallies. Just look for the clothing (Che Guevara t-shirts, red stars or yellow stars on a red background) or the slogans (workers of the world unite, capitalism is evil, social justice, blah, blah, blah) and you have found your Marxists. Oftentimes these drones will self identify for you. As an example, the nutroots of the left sang about their pride in being Marxists at the protest last weekend. Of course, they don't call themselves communists anymore. Today, we know them as progressives.

One would think that the politicians in Washington would distance themselves from these idiots, but you would be wrong. Friends of the Marxists include: Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Stenny Hoyer, Al Franken, Henry Waxman, Chuck Schumer, Charlie Rangel, ad infinitum, ad nauseum. Also among the biggest supporters of Marxism worldwide is President Barrack Hussein Obama. Why do you think that legislation is being made behind closed doors and in the dead of night? They don't want the public to know the evils that they commit in your name. That's why.

What do the Democrats have to say about this? According to Governor Ed Rendell, you don't have to like your Democrat politicians and you don't have to agree with your Democrat politicians. You just have to vote for your Democrat politicians. Yes, you heard me right. Don't believe me? Here is the proof.

Governor Rendell is a prime example of what is wrong with our country. He is a politician that should scare the hell out of you. According to his logic you shouldn't give a damn about his lousy job performance. You should also not care about his spending your children into oblivion to pay for programs that you hate. Your take on his personal morals and values are equally of no value. All that matters is that you vote for him or you may get a Republican. In case you were unaware, Republicans are more evil than Satan and you wouldn't want somebody worse than Satan in office would you? I never thought that I would say this, but Governor Rendell is the poster boy for brain damaged politicians who desperately need to be fired in the United States of America.

He does not come out with better policies, he does not have better ideas, and he has no unique insight into the issues of the day. All this jackass has is that Republicans are more evil than Satan and that is why you would want to keep his brain dead ass in office as well as the rest of the Democratic retards that are serving in Washington D.C. today. How stupid do you think that these self serving morons believe that we are in order to swallow such a ridiculous and insane claim? Ed Rendell doesn't insult our intelligence, he tortures it. If the American news media would give this story its due, the American people would tar and feather Rendell and ride him out of town on a rail. This is why we need to fire their asses and that is ultimately the gist of Rendell's unintended argument.

Sure Ed didn't mean to provide an excellent reason to fire Democrats, but he did. What is even more incredible is that he did so on many different levels. The Democrats are incompetent, hated, and spend money like drunken college kids with daddy's credit card. That is reason number one.

What kind of future do you want your children to have? It is doubtful that you wish them to be slaves of an unfeeling and uncaring machine such as government, that is unless you are a Marxist yourself. So not caring about the values of politicians or their performance in office is out of the question. A public servant's values determine his character and his performance in office determines his value to his constituents. If these are ignored then you become a slave to a faceless and soulless stranger in a faraway city that cares not for your dreams and desires. While Ed Rendell may like that system, it is not one that a free and thinking citizen would prefer.

Big Ed also argues that you should not care about the policies adhered to by your elected representatives and that is reason number two. By not caring about specific policies, that is legislation, you consign yourself to servitude and that is precisely what it is when the people do not have a voice in government. The government dictates and you must dance to its tune whether you like the music or not. Because if you do not dance then the government will bring force into play in order to break your opposition to the government. Big Ed thinks that you are too dumb to think for yourself. A free citizen is repulsed by such an accusation.

Finally, Big Ed thinks that you are too stupid to see through his lame rhetoric and you should just trust those brighter than you to make decisions on your behalf. Thomas Jefferson said that each citizen should be educated so that he may determine for himself what will secure or endanger his freedom. A free man cannot rely on others to make that decision or he is not free at all. If freedom is to be a reality and not an illusion then the individual must make that decision himself. Ed Rendell does not believe that you are capable of such cognition, but a patriot would discover a burning hatred for Rendell at the mere suggestion.

Thus do we see Ed Rendell's logic torn asunder on the alter of freedom. Governor Rendell does not seek to salvage the burning wreck known as the Democratic Party, but to securely fasten the chains of servitude about your neck. To the Governor I say this, "No thank you." I will decide for myself what will secure or endanger my freedom. You prove beyond a shadow of doubt why you and your fellows should all be fired from public service. Worse, you actually believe that we are stupid enough to fall for your diseased reasoning and in so believing you spit upon what it means to be an American. Be grateful Sir that I do not live in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
